Community is pivotal to the Christian Life. The small groups team organizes
and facilitates groups where discipleship and life change happen.
Small Group Leader – Do you have a passion for teaching others? Do you enjoy watching people grow, and create community by meeting? Small group leading is about taking people deeper into God’s word, and helping them apply it to life. Semesters normally last around 12 weeks, and you are committing to leading/co-leading during that time period.
Small Group Host – Do you have the gift of hospitality? A small group host is someone willing to open up their home to a small group meeting. No teaching required. Hosting provides a warm and comfortable place for people to build community, and to dive deeper into God’s word.
Small Group Sign-Ups – Administration and organization are super important to making sure people get plugged into their groups each semester. Three times a year we offer small group sign-ups. This role is the bridge between sign-up time, and the leaders leading the groups.
Curriculum – Finding and organizing our small group materials is a vital piece in the success of small groups. If you are interested in finding inspirational, gospel centered curriculum we could use you on this team.
